Does your Outlook application ever screw up?
Does it keep asking for your credentials each time you open it? Perhaps its giving you errors related to your “.ost” file. Maybe its just not connecting at all.
Regardless, many times this can be resolved by simply creating a new Outlook profile.
To do this:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click “File” in the top left-hand corner of the window.
3. Click “Account Settings” and then “Manage Profiles”.
4. From here click “Show Profiles”.
5. Click “Add”, give your new profile a name, and click “OK”.
6. Type in your email address and proceed through the setup wizard. It will likely ask for your Microsoft 365 password.
7. Once done, make sure you select “Always use this profile”, then click “Apply” and “OK”.
Your newly created profile should automatically connect to the Online Exchange Server each time you open Outlook.
